Holy Evolution, Darwin!

So I was never a kid that really read comic books, but that has never impaired my ability to appreciate them artistically. Ok, so I'll admit, my actual collection of comic book art is a little--um--nonexistent, but I've always been a Batman fan, X-men celebrator, and, thanks to my old boyfriend, an Iron Man enthusiast. If you haven't done it, go take a look at the original cells for some of the old comic books; the folks down at the Comic Book Conventions would probably have a lot more to say on this than me, but by golly, they're impressive and, let's not lie here, attractive, in every way possible...

Either way, whether it's Hollywood Marvel, Tim Burton's Batman, or original cells, imagine my happiness when I found THIS...


Now, thanks to Jim Ottaviani, I can add the superfreaks of ultra-fem science to my superhuman posse. Can you imagine?? Rosalind Franklin, Lise Mietner, and Barbara McClintock! Are they superheros? No. Are they super-bomb? Yes. Which is why, in every kind of fight, I'd probably win if they came flying out of Pokeballs.
